　　What are the maintenance tips for a laboratory boiling dryer?

　　1. The service life of the bearings and gears of the boiling dryer is generally 2-3 years. The lubrication of the cycloidal gear reducer needs to be regularly checked for oil level. The normal oil level is at/2-2/3, and the new equipment should be changed once after 50 hours of full load operation. Follow the cleaning procedure of the boiling dryer to ensure proper equipment hygiene.

　　2. Check the lubricating oil once per shift and add it promptly if there is a shortage of oil. The gear oil and grease of the main transmission case, distribution case and transmission head shall be checked every six months. Add or replace gear oil and grease as appropriate. After running for 500 hours, the bottom bearing of the spiral shaft should be disassembled and cleaned once (after running for 00 hours for a new machine). If any damage is found during assembly and disassembly, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The lubrication of bearings should be strictly checked. Maintain the equipment according to the maintenance procedures of the boiling dryer.

　　3. The operator of the dryer checks whether the steam valve, compressed air, and various range meters are normal before each operation.

　　4. Regularly clean the medium efficiency filter bag once a month, enter from the air outlet of the boiling dryer, loosen the frame screws, take out the mesh bag, soak it in detergent for 30 minutes, and then rinse and dry it with clean water.

　　5. Regularly clean and lubricate the gearbox in the mixing device of the laboratory boiling dryer. Regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission gear of the dryer hopper truck and fill in the lubrication record of the boiling dryer.
