What are the main components of a horizontal trough mixer?

1、Mixing reducer

　　This reducer is the main transmission structure of the mixer, located on the right side of the machine. During operation, the electric motor installed in the machine drives the worm and worm gear through a triangular belt, and drives the mixer at a 1:40 speed reduction. The worm gear shaft is hollow and equipped with a fixed key, which allows for the free assembly and disassembly of the mixing paddle. There are two circular ring screws installed on the top of the reducer for assembly, disassembly, and installation purposes. The end cover is equipped with a screw for positioning the high-speed mixing paddle, which has been adjusted at the factory and generally does not need to be adjusted during use.

2、Mixing tank

　　The mixing tank is U-shaped and made of stainless steel, equipped with a stirring paddle inside. It lies horizontally on the mixing reducer and the pouring reducer.

3、Inverting reducer

　　The feeding reducer is located on the left side of the machine to control the positioning angle of the mixing groove. During operation, the electric motor installed in the base drives the worm and worm gears through a triangular belt, driving the mixing groove to rotate within a certain angle range, so that the mixture can be poured out in one go.

4、Machine base and motor device

　　The base of the horizontal slot mixer is an integral structure, and the electric motor is installed on the movable plates on both sides of the base. The upper and lower parts of the electric motor can be adjusted with screws to ensure a certain degree of tightness of the triangular belt and maintain transmission power.

5、Electrical control box

　　This control box controls the movement of the machine and is located on the right side of the machine. The transmission of the mixing slot can press the "up" and "down" buttons of the mixing slot. Please note that both cannot be pressed simultaneously.
