The clever design of the flash dryer makes it more efficient and convenient for users to use

  Flash dryer is a new rotary drying equipment that integrates drying, crushing, and screening. Suitable for air drying of raw materials such as filter cakes, sticky paste, and rotten mud.

  The flash dryer uses heated gas to pneumatically transport the feed material to the flash tube and enter the main air separation device for rapid drying, commonly known as a cyclone. Air is induced or forced into the feed area through a hot gas generator, where it entrains the feed and flashes off moisture during transportation. Feed the product into the throat of the flash dryer feed area in a controlled manner. The speed of particles is about 80% of the conveying speed, and fine products require secondary dust collection, such as multi-layer, bag houses, scrubbers, and electrostatic precipitators.

1. The flash dryer adopts multiple devices, such as multiple feeding devices, to ensure continuous and stable feeding without any bridging phenomenon during the feeding process;

2. The bottom adopts a special cooling device to avoid the phenomenon of material sticking and deterioration in the high-temperature zone at the bottom;

3. Special air distribution devices are used to reduce equipment resistance and effectively provide the processing air volume of the dryer;

4. Adopting special pneumatic sealing devices and bearing cooling devices, effectively extending the service life of the transmission part;

5. Adopting a stirring and crushing device to produce strong shearing, blowing, and rotating effects on the material;

6. The drying chamber is equipped with grading rings and swirl plates, which can adjust the fineness and final moisture content of the materials;

7. Use air filters, cyclone separators, bag filters, etc. to effectively remove dust and avoid environmental and material pollution.

8. An inverted conical structure is installed at the bottom to gradually expand the flow cross-section of dry gas from bottom to top. The bottom airflow is relatively large, while the upper airflow is relatively small, ensuring that the large particles in the lower part are in a fluidized state, while the small particles in the upper part are also in a fluidized state. It also causes the hot air to rotate along the vertebral body, increasing the bottom wind speed, reducing the length of the cantilever part of the mixing shaft, and increasing the safety and reliability of operation;

  This equipment has strong mass and heat transfer, high production intensity, short drying time, and short material retention time.
