This machine is a drying device that uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse materials into a mist and achieve instant drying in full contact with hot air, forming a powdery finished product. The air first passes through primary and medium efficiency filters, is heated by a heater, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape evenly, and can be dried into a finished product in a very short time when in direct contact with the hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the high-efficiency cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.

(1) The drying speed is very fast. After spray, the surface area of the feed liquid increases. In the high-temperature airflow, most of the water can be evaporated instantly. The drying time is generally about 5-40s.
(2) During the drying process, the temperature of the droplets is not high and the product quality is good. Temperature range for spray drying. Even if high-temperature hot air is used, the exhaust temperature will not be very high. In the early stage of drying, the material temperature does not exceed the wet bulb temperature of the surrounding hot air, making it particularly suitable for heat sensitive materials.
(3) The product has good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility. Due to the fact that the drying process is completed in air, the product instinctively maintains a spherical shape similar to the liquid droplet and has good fluidity.
(4) Simplify the production process and facilitate operation and control. Spray is usually used to treat solutions with moisture content of 40% - 90%, which can be dried into powder products at one time. Most products do not need to be crushed and screened after drying, thus reducing the production process and simplifying the production process. The particle size, bulk density, and moisture content of the product are within a certain range, and can be adjusted by changing operating conditions, making control more convenient.
