  Pulse high-efficiency vacuum dryer is a low-temperature drying equipment designed by our company for traditional Chinese medicine extracts with high sugar content, low temperature, easy overflow, foaming, and oxidation. The equipment can use steam, hot water, and electricity as heat sources, and can complete online cleaning or immersion cleaning functions. It has solved the problems of low energy consumption and disconnection from drug production processes in traditional Chinese medicine equipment for many years. Currently, it is an efficient, energy-saving and updated product with multiple functions of drying and cleaning.

  1. The left and right sides of each layer of flat plate on the drying rack are equipped with pulse electromagnetic valves to control the jet pipes separately, and the height is adjustable, which can achieve good results for different materials.

  2. Pulse puncture is controlled by a program, and based on the foaming situation of the material, the signal is transmitted to the pulse valves on both sides, and the capillary tubes are sequentially blown across the material.

  3. Adopting flat heating, the material is evenly heated, the heat exchange area increases, and the heat absorption rate increases; Heating adopts four inputs and four outputs to ensure temperature uniformity within ± 2 ℃.

  4. Optional inner wall heating prevents water vapor from liquefying and dripping into the medicine when it encounters the cold plate, and avoids unnecessary secondary evaporation of condensed water, increasing drying efficiency.

  5. Multi point vacuum pumping is adopted, and the secondary vacuum interface connected to the drain outlet at the bottom is converted into the main vacuum interface through a three-way connection. If there is any condensed water, it can be directly evacuated through vacuum breaking (the vacuum pipeline is equipped with a check valve to prevent backsuction), without the need for secondary evaporation.

  6. Adopting PLC touch screen control to achieve automatic control of various programs and online display and printing of various parameters. All valves adopt electric or pneumatic valves, which automatically open or close.

  7. Install a heated respirator at the vent, with automatic temperature control. The replaced clean air will enter the chamber after heating and will not condense, preventing the dried material from getting damp again. Please choose a low-temperature pulse vacuum dryer.
