Overview of Square Cone Mixing Equipment
HGD square cone mixer is applicable to all unit operation that need to mix different materials, such as medicine (Chinese and western medicine raw materials, preparations), chemical industry (such as chemical raw materials, fuels, coatings,), light industry (such as food, plastics), agriculture (such as seed treatment, feed additives), etc.
This machine loads materials into a square conical closed mixing bucket, with the symmetrical axis of the hopper forming an angle with the axis of the rotation axis. Different components of materials move in three-dimensional space in the closed bucket, producing strong overturning and diffusion contraction effects, achieving the ideal mixing effect.
The rotating body of this machine (mixing barrel, internally installed with no moving guide device) forms a multi-dimensional motion state as the rotating body flips, and moves tangential along the four walls to achieve the ideal mixing effect.
On the basis of extensive research on various foreign models, our factory has carefully developed and successfully designed a fully automatic lifting mixer. It has advanced design, novel structure, safe use, beautiful appearance, stable and reliable operation, timely mixing time and visible rotation speed. It has different drug settings, and the content uniformity meets the requirements of the pharmacopoeia. Characteristics of HGD square cone mixer
General mixing equipment, such as V-type mixers and double cone mixers, can only perform simple opening and closing movements of the mixed materials in the barrel, with low loading coefficient (usually only about 40%), long mixing time, and poor mixing uniformity.
The HGD square cone mixer and mixing barrel have a unique structural design, with low rotation height, smooth operation, and reliable performance. The mixing barrel rotates and the materials inside the barrel move in multiple directions during the rotation process. Make the mixing points of the materials in the barrel more, with good results and high mixing uniformity. The maximum transfer coefficient of 0.8 is much higher than that of ordinary mixers.
Working principle
When the mixing bucket is fully loaded and rotated 90 °, the material inside the bucket undergoes diffusion, flow, and tangential motion (asymmetric diagonal) under its own weight.
When rotating 180 °, the material inside the barrel undergoes flow contraction.
When rotating at 270 degrees, the material undergoes diffusion, flow, and tangential motion. Under frequent and rapid rotation and flipping, the mixed material undergoes diffusion, contraction, flow, and tangential motion between the materials, allowing them to achieve mutual doping from their respective states, ensuring that the material meets the ideal mixing requirements in a short period of time.

The inner and outer walls of the hopper are mirror polished, without dead corners, easy to discharge, easy to clean, and without cross contamination, meeting GMP requirements.
The drive system consists of a PLC for system control, a photoelectric position control sensor, and an electric motor, with mixing time and discharge position control functions. When the machine is stopped, the discharge port is in the discharge position.
The bolt locking clamp structure of the feed cover is easy to disassemble, has good sealing performance, and has no leakage during water testing at 80% capacity. It is easy to clean, and works reliably during the mixing process.
The inlet and outlet of the hopper and other equipment adopt a silicone soft connection structure to avoid dust flying.

Electric control system.
Basic composition
The electrical control system includes programmable controllers (PLCs), touch screens, frequency converters, and other electrical control components and circuits. Except for the touch screen and sensor components, other electrical components are installed in the electrical control.
The programmable controller (PLC) is the main body of the Siemens S7-1200 and its software as the control system, and is the heart of the entire control system. It mainly completes the mechanical action, parameter control, and fault detection of the granulation machine, and performs real-time control and management of the granulation production process, quality control, user operation interface, etc.
The touch screen and main operation buttons are installed in the operation control box, and the standard configuration is to install them on the column. The installation position can also be designed according to the user's actual layout for easy identification and operation.
Control function
Three different permission passwords can be set: operator, administrator, and system administrator.
Operator: The operator path will be provided to allow all routine operations of the device.
Administrator: In addition to the parameters that can be set by the operator, process parameters can also be set and modified.
System administrator: In addition to the parameters that the operator and administrator can set, they can also set system security parameters for maintenance and repair.
Set automatic and manual control modes for the operating program. In the automatic control mode, the equipment can automatically control the process flow and complete the material crushing operation according to the set program and process parameters. All process parameters in manual mode can be adjusted in real-time for easy operation.

The automatic fault diagnosis system can alarm for abnormal situations such as power supply, voltage, and motor during the operation process, and at the same time, the host linkage protection and shutdown.
